Schedule a Free Consultation
This is a short, free conversation to help us see whether working together feels like a good fit. It’s not a therapy session, and there’s no pressure to commit, just space to talk about what’s been going on and ask any questions.
When you click below, you’ll be able to choose a time that works for you. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details and a secure link for the call.
A few things that might help
Do I need to talk about my trauma in the call?
No. You only share what feels comfortable. The call is to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit — not to go into details or start processing memories.
Is this a therapy session?
No. It’s a short conversation to explore what you’re looking for and how I work. Therapy begins after an assessment session, if you choose to continue.
Do I need a diagnosis to book a call?
No - you don’t need a diagnosis or certainty about trauma to arrange a call. Many people reach out because they’re unsure what they’re experiencing and want a space to explore it gently.
What if I’m not ready after the call?
That’s completely fine. The call isn’t a commitment,it’s a chance to explore options at your own pace.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.
What if I self-harm or have suicidal thoughts?
I can work with self-harm and passive suicidal thoughts in therapy, as long as things feel safe enough to engage and any additional support you need is something you're actively using. If there’s a risk of needing emergency care, crisis services will need to be involved, either before therapy continues or alongside it. (See more HERE)
What happens after the call?
There’s no pressure to decide on the call. I’ll send an email with everything we cover so you can take your time. This will have a private booking link where you can choose a regular session time that works for you if you choose to go ahead. This will usually be your ongoing weekly slot, so it’s worth picking a time you can commit to consistently.
If you’d prefer, we can book your first session together during the call, but there’s no pressure to decide on the spot. Take your time and choose when you feel ready.
If another type of support would be more helpful, I’ll point you toward options that might fit better.
Not ready to book?
That’s absolutely okay. If you’d rather learn more first, you can start by reading about how therapy works or seeing if the symptoms you’re experiencing fit PTSD or complex trauma.
